Why I'm not getting important updates on my Galaxy S4 ????

I have few question. First, I didn't received yet the 4.3 update. Second, I didn't received yet the Google Hangouts SMS update. Why I'm not getting this important updates??? When I will get the updates??? Still waiting... Hope your news!!!

Welcome to the forums.
Carriers tend to get in the way of updates so that they can put bloatware on the ROM. As for when I can't say.

I still have not received Hangouts 2.0. I have a SGS4 on Sprint. My husband received it yesterday on his S3.

Hi!!! I finally received yesterday the hangouts update but still with 4.2.2 Jelly Bean I don't know when I will get 4.3
