Welcome to Android Central! If you have the LTE model, it can support LTE--but only on networks that use the same LTE bands that the device supports. Which carrier are you trying to use?
According to the specs for this model on Amazon, the supported LTE bands are 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 MHz. Check with your carrier to see which LTE bands it uses.
