Why is a video advertisement popping up in /emulated folder?

Video advertisement popping up in /emulated folder

For about 2 months or so, every other week a pizza hut commercial video will show up in my gallery. The folder it is located in is the emulated /0 folder. I never get a notification that it is being downloaded, it just shows up. I've uninstalled apps and tried air push detector. But it shows up every two weeks. Here is the file name

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably being cached there by some adware that you may have inadvertently installed along with some other app. How big is the file? If it isn't too big, you might just want to leave it alone, unless more and more video ads get cached to the phone.
