Why is it that my HTC One M8 will not boot back up?

As of yesterday evening my phone would not boot back up after somewhat charging. I saw that it was low and the percentage that I saw last was 15% after that it will not has not come back on. I've down a hard boot and a soft boot and still nothing on the screen. Is there anything that can be done? Has anyone else witness this issue with their phone. Surprising enough I have approximately 3 1/2 months left on my contract and now it goes completely out. I really would like to get it to work again so at least then I can grasp everything off of the phone. Harshly, I've resulted in using a soon but forgotten Droid X phone that does not work very well.
