Why is it when my son calls me it comes up as private number and not his name as in my contacts?

my samsung s5,when my son calls me it comes up as private number and not his name as in my contacts,

my samsung s5,has started showing my sons call as private when it used to show his name,HELP PLEASE DOING MY HEAD IN

Did your son change plans or companies? Or maybe privacy settings? This usually appears when the originating caller has set up his outgoing number not to be shown.
