Why is Lollipop so bad?

why lolipop is so bad? exp

I swich from ATT to Tmobile with my ATT phone. not 4G with my new service. after a week I decided to down grade to kitkat 4.4.2. Guess what? 4g is back. LOLIPOP is a piece of crap. I don't know if they are aware of that but I would love to contact the developers. anyone know who develop lolipop?

Lollipop is actually quite good. What phone did you have? Perhaps you didn't install it correctly?
