Hi, sir/madam. While running a hotspot in Galaxy S5 Neo with Raspbian connected to it, continuous, data usage of ~20 MB/min. is seen when not using the Internet. Running ss -a -i -p only shows freshclam downloaded 16 MB in 1 min.
Running apt update, which shows updates for 252 packages, causes 300 MB of
data usage. This was discussed with my ISP and Samsung Support.
