Why is Moto G4 voicemail playback volume so low?

Talking on phone is fine --- making and receiving calls. Problem is when someone (missed call) leaves a voicemail. The playback of the recorded message is VERY LOW ..to the point where it is barely audible.

This problem happens with ALL voicemail recordings...ALL the time.....cell and wifi.... Is there some fix ?

I noticed the same thing! I'm with T-Mobile and never had any problem with old phones so I don't think that's it... The speakers seem to be under par.. Is there a fix for that??
