Why is my Acer One-7 charger no longer working?

My two sons had the Acer One-7 tablets bought for Christmas. One charger never worked at all and the other one has now stopped working? Can anyone advise?

you should've requested for a replacement . You should do that for the second. except your electrical system at home is faulty and blowing these chargers up
