Why is my alarm dismissing when i slightly move my phone?

[Android Central Question]

I keep my phone on my bed while I sleep because the vibration of the alarm helps wake me up. But starting yesterday, when the alarm goes off, it dismisses itself as soon as it senses movement. This is a huge problem because if I am still asleep and shift my weight after it goes off, I miss the alarm and I don't wake up. This has never happened before and I have searched my phone and have not found any settings that might have caused this. Am I missing something? What is going on??

Which phone you have ? I know the pixel 4 had radar and could sense close proximity to it .
