Why is my Alcatel Idol 4 randomly vibrating?

My Idol 4 has plenty of memory, battery is fine. I've got 90% of my Notifications turned off to save battery life. The past few months it's began to randomly Vibrate without an obvious cause. I've checked apps and memory and I'm still clueless. I've even tried to find what it was as it vibrates, and no luck. The Vibrates happen in three long bursts and then stop, they happen multiple times a day sometimes and others maybe once. Any help would be great as I'm crazy Technologicaly behind.

Yes, it just did it again and I've searched my phone inside and out... I think. It's 5 fast vibrations then nothing.

This kind of thing can be hard to pinpoint sometimes. See if it happens in Safe Mode: How to turn on safe mode on Alcatel Idol 4. If it doesn't happen, then something you installed is causing the vibration. If you really have no idea which app might be the culprit, then you may just have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
