why alcatel one touch fierce camera goes black during recording

I have an alcatel one touch fierce that when I start recording after a couple of secs goes black, and you can barely see what's being recordend... what could this be? and how can I fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Might be a hardware problem. To see if there might be some 3rd party app that is causing problems, try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11782
If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
