Why is my Android phone making landline call noises?

[Android Central Question]

My LG k30 is making call noises for a few seconds and landline call noises for a few minutes. It is a burner phone managed by tracphone with no time on it. The sound plays when the phone is not on a network wifi or cellular. This sound does not play when headphones are off. And it stops any sound or media. Please help me I'm getting tired of listening

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you're hearing a dial tone over the main speaker when you're not on a call? What do you mean by "call noises" and "landline call noises"?
