Why is my android screen black when I try to turn it on

Okay, I noticed that my phone wouldn't turn on when I tried to use it after taking a shower. It wouldn't turn on so I plugged in the charger. Nothing happened, but the strangest thing was that my screen was black and I could still put in my password and I could still feel everything vibrate. I just can see anything. I rebroted it so many times. I even took the battery out, but I just don't know what's wrong. Help?

Have you tried to perform a Hard Reset? If not do it.
