Why is my Anker Bluetooth not pairing with my Galaxy Samsung S7

[Android Central Question]

I have an anchor Bluetooth speaker and I'm trying to hook it up to a parrot to a Galaxy 7 S7 Samsung I'm having trouble getting it to pair it says hold the volume button up and down button down the same time and the light she starts blinking but nothing's blanking but it's got power is charged what am I doing wrong any additional information would be greatly appreciated on this matter as quickly as possible because I want to hear what the damn thing sounds like LOL

I have to ask. Are you holding the Volume up down on the Anchor BT speaker, or on your phone?
