Why is my Asus ZenFone 2 show I have 4g connection but not getting any data?

I recently bought the Asus ZenFone 2 and got it activated at Metro pcs. They put two sims in my device one for sms and calling and the other for data but the one with data shows I'm getting connection but the internet won't work can anyone give me a solution I already put in the APN it still didn't work.

If the SIM is working and the APN is correct, bring it into them and ask them to please help you get it working. Those are about the only 2 things to check - 4G (or 3G or whatever is available) and the APN.
