Are you using a quick charger? While quick charging is a nice selling point because honestly who wants to be tethered to a cable for an hour or two just to have enough power to run to the store, quick charging actually does more harm than good with some of these devices. If you're not then have you been doing a lot of short cycle charging, where you pull it off of the charger before it's done or playing while charging? Both of these can cause the same thing. In the meantime I would recommend bump charging for a few cycles and see if you can get it under control. It won't give you back the life that it had but it should level things out to the point you can use the device. To bump charge, charge the device until it says it's full unplug it for a 1 to 5 minutes then power it down and charge it until the indicator goes green, then for the rest of the time don't charge it until you are at 14% or less and don't allow it to go so low that it turns its self off. Repeat this for a few cycles and see if your battery life doesn't level out.
