why is my battery draining faster than usual?

I have a redmi note 4 running on havoc os. I recently replaced my entire mobile screen (redmi note 4 ) in a local shop. ever since I did that I've noticing my battery draining faster than usual. I use twrp recovery. I notice that my phone battery drains a lot while sleeping but it was completely normal before that incident. Should I have to worry about any spyware installed ? I don't know if this helps but when ever I unlock my phone screen I see my upload speed is at around 1MBps for a moment. if at all it is a serious problem, how should I overcome it?

There are masked videos running in the background of legitimate banner ads on "Cheetah" apps. My battery was losing 80% of its charge overnight. I read this article, uninstalled CCleaner (the only one I had on the list) and two other battery apps and my percentage was 91% this morning. https://www.xda-developers.com/cheet...-android-apps/
