Why is my battery draining so quickly on my Note 3 Neo after I dropped it?

I am facing a problem with my samsung note 3 neo since the past one week.

I am facing a problem with my samsung note 3 neo since the past one week. The problem started after I dropped the phone. The battery is draining unrealistically even when not in use. The phone is hanging slightly, wi-fi is taking time in connecting to a source, gmail is not syncing, am unable to open google play, the screen remains blank. And to make it worse, after connecting my phone to my windows 10 laptop, kies is not connecting my phone and there is an error message coming. I am not even able to see my phone connected to my laptop, though it is charging after being connected. I am really in a fix, can you pls help me.

The only help I can offer is to suggest taking it to a repairer.
