Why is my battery draining so quickly?

Possible Abnormal Battery Drainage

To add to the list of growing posts about battery issues, here's another one to add to it.

Non-rooted Moto X (2013) running 4.4.4. Been having some battery drainage issues lately. Seems to happen mostly while I'm using the phone, at an abnormally fast rate. Installed GSam, so here are two albums of usage data.

Yeah, I understand the battery is going to drain if I'm using the thing for an extended period of time, but these numbers seem a little low. There aren't even any apps high in the App Sucker list, it's Android System and Kernel on top both times. I make sure to clear my apps from the recent list whenever I turn the screen off. Been trying to turn off Wifi/Bluetooth when I'm not using it either.

Sorry I don't have an answer, but I've had similar issues. Couple months ago my typical battery discharge rate was 1% every 22-25 minutes. Now - with no significant change in my usage or apps - it's hovering around 15 minutes. Don't know if it's 4.4.4, some way deep down Android or Google Service, or just the battery deteriorating over time.

Maybe I should install Facebook, then I could blame it. Hmm...
