Why is my battery life draining so fast after updating to windows10 with my phone plugged in?

A

AC Question

I uptated my computer to windows10 the other day and totally forgot that my phone was plugged in at the same time. When i realised it was plugged in i pulled my phone out (think my computer was about 40% uptated). When i went onto my phone all my playlists on my phone were deleted and now my phone runs out of battery really really fast even when it is plugged in. I had it charging all night and woke up with it only on 30%. Please help me!

Welcome to Android Central

What phone do you have? I would suggest clearing the cache partition and see if that helps. Let us know what phone you have and we'll try to provide you with the instructions to enter recovery mode and clear the partition.

Yeah sorry. I realised after how very vague my question was. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5
Thanks again
