Why is my battery not charging 100 percent on my sony smartwatch 3

Just got my sony smartwatch 3 recently

Welcome to Android Central! How long have you left it on the charger?

mine sometimes does the same. Charge it to as high as it will go. Remove the charger. Keep the button pressed until it vibrates and restarts then pop it back on the charger and it should go all the way up to 100%
