Why is my battery not charging post 70%?

[Android Central Question]

I bought this new wireless charger - "Linocell Wireless charger". After I started using that, my battery is not getting charged post 70%, neither on the wireless one, nor on wired charger. I use Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I drained my battery to 0% and tried charging it, but it didn't help. Is there any way I could fix that?
