I've had my galaxy note 2 for almost a year. I recently started having problems with the phone. It would say 100% and after awhile it would go dead. I plug it up and the battery pops up almost full. Its impossible if it went completely dead. Then this "🚫" keeps popping up on my signal bar and then it cuts off at 67% & reboots .So I have to keep my charger plugged in my phone so it won't cut off sometimes . Can some one give me any answers

Sounds like a dendrite in the battery. See Lithium Battery Dendrite links. As B. Diddy says, you probably need a new battery.
