So my battery sucks highly.
I'm attaching to show the screen time over a fee days period and the Android system pic. Does that show any reason why it's so bad?? I don't know what to do. I barely use this thing and it goes so fast! Just posting this took away 3%!!

Any ideas??

Definitely a software issue. Install and use GSAM Battery Monitor for more insight regarding what's causing Android OS to drain the battery.
Try updating the software if possible. If not, go for a cache wipe. As a last resort you could also try a factory reset after backing up your stuff with Kies, or reflashing the stock firmware via Odin.

Do you have an SD card installed? If so, try removing it for a day and see if battery life improves.

If that helps, you may have a corrupted file on the SD card that Android System is trying to re-index repeatedly and failing.

Android System does many other things, but a good percentage of the time it's the media indexer - because SD cards occasionally go bad.

i moved all my saved offline Spotify music from my SD card to the phones storage and that seemed to solve the issue for my battery life. since I listen to Spotify a lot I would assume that would have been the cause of my high battery drain

Actually Spotify consumes a lot of battery. I have it offline mode and listening to saved tracks, but GSAM reports my average use jumping to about 8-11% per hour when listening to Spotify.

Anyways, if we could get back to the original post....

I installed GSAM Battery Monitor, but I don't get what any of it does or means. So I'm not really sure how I can use it to help :/
I tried the cache wipe, which does nothing. And I don't know what Kies, or reflashing the stock firmware via Odin means :( Plus I don't want to do a factory reset as I did that once with my s5 which was having the same issue, and it did nothing to help. The issue still persisted.

What would I be looking for in the GSAM battery app?

GSAM would be able to tell you properly what's eating the battery unlike the built in battery program, although you'd have to activate it via ADB commands with a PC. Like this:
