why is my call standby so high

I have all the current updates from Google play store including Samsung push services. I don't got a lot of apps but i caught this this morning for the first time since the first week it came out.

It's a known issue, not much of anything you can really do. I average around 40% cell standby per charge.

I'm having Google app and Google services issue more than the cell standby. It's annoying. Haha
