problem with caller id showing number 3500
hi there. im having an issue with my samsung s3. im finding that when i received text messages from work that sometimes the sender phone number shows up as number 3500 instead of an actual mobile number..
this wouldnt be a problem but work has a sms system running for shifts ie if the sms dosent work properly i miss out on work..
so when i am offered a shift via text, i have to reply yes or no and it appears to not work when the number shows up as 3500.
the other problem is that i will received multiple texts for shifts and sometimes 2 or more offers will show up on the one phone numer.. 3500. the problem here is that i can only reply once per phone number.
has anyone run into this? any idea on how to fix?
