Why is my camera foggy?

why is my camera foggy.?

When i use the flash the picture becomes foggy especially in the dark. Im using sony xperia z2.. Just got it 1 week ago.

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure there isn't any protective removable plastic film still on the camera lens. Also, make sure the camera lens is clean and not scratched.
