Why is my cell phone S6 five notification every 2 minutes?

My cell phone Samsung 6 driving me crazy with every 2 minutes notification sound. How do I get rid of it. I turned off all apps in my cell phone including putting in vibration and it is going off. What should I do to make it stop?

In your accessibility settings, is the Notification Reminder option set to ON? If you run your phone in Safe Mode (this keeps all 3rd party apps from running at boot), does it still do it?
