Why is my Galaxy Note 5 connecting to my wireless printer every time I return home?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I have an HP Envy 5660 wireless printer connected to my laptop and my phone. Whenever I leave the house and return, the phone wants to connect to the HP Envy printer and I have to manually force it to connect to my home wifi. How can I force the phone to always connect to my home wifi vs. the HP printer wifi?
