Why is my Galaxy S20 FE switching between wifi and mobile data, regardless of settings?

Hello,
My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is constantly switching between wifi and mobile data.

I have gone into the Wifi settings and disabled "Switch to Mobile Data" - but it is still switching back and forth every 5-10 seconds.

I have done a reset of networks in phone settings as well, no luck there.

Every other wifi appliance in the house has no issues with connectivity to the wifi, indicating it is the phone.

Can anyone provide some help? Thank you.

Switching back and forth between WiFi and cellular every 5 or 10 seconds? This is most definitely a unique problem. Could you please more provide details as to how you're even able to determine this is actually occurring? This can't be determined by any app and there's no such integral Android service that can track what you're stating is happening so I'm assuming you're using some kind of external WiFi sniffer and a stingray for cellular?

If you have 2.4 and 5 options try one or the other, if that doesn't work try rebooting your router , it doesn't matter other devices working ok on it .
