Why is my Galaxy S5 having slow rotation issues?

Hello. Just got the s5 and noticed that when i rotate phone it takes around 6 seconds to rotate. Smart rotate is deactivated and also reduced the animation scale to 0. What else can i do???

Power saving mode> restrict performance: uncheck CPU performance
