Why is my Galaxy S5 showing different times since Daylight Savings?

Galaxy s5 Daylight Savings Issues

My s5 sometimes shows the right time and sometimes doesn't following Daylight Savings (sometimes it's an hour off). I keep having to restart the device, which fixes things in the short term. But, my alarms go off and then go off again an hour later. This is getting really tiresome! It's set to auto date/time/time zone, so I don't understand why it keeps showing the wrong time.

Try a general cache clear in Settings, Storage, Cached Data.
