Why is my Galaxy S5 sm-g9009w 4G UIM card slot not working in my country?

sm-g9009w is chinese dual sim card galaxy S5 phone, only GSM is working not CDMA(WCDMA) or LTE no such selections are available on this phone. Pls help ... bought it a year ago still not used.

are you using a compatible sim card with the phone? contact the seller and ask them if the phone has the capabilities for LTE etc.
