why is my gallery not syncing with any clouds? dropbox,picasa ect

So I did a phone reset, and now trying to put all the pieces back together. After the factory reset I am not able to sync anything!! Gallery wont sync with picasa,dropbox,drive specially facebook! Oh, also my contact won't back up with facebook. This is really important for me and despite all the proper settings are in place, nothing syncs. I have checked all the settings. I have been able to do this with all my previous android devices. And i am very familiar with the navigation of the settings on android. Maybe I am not aware that google has changed after 5.1.1. Maybe its not an option anymore, maybe they want us to use every app individually. I don't know. As far as my contact, when i try to link a contact to another "account" (Facebook) ect.. It wont show the account or option as it did in the past. And well the gallery, there is nothing there lol just pictures i take recently. But no other account ... please help
