why is my gear s3 frontier battery draining so fast after tizen 4.0.0.2 update?

just updated gear s3 frontier to tizen 4.0.0.2. now serious battery drain and gets hot. loses about 30% battery per hour with very limited use. date is 2/25/19.

I'm also getting terrible battery life on my Gear s3 Classic, running the latest firmware with virtually all apps shut down. When the battery dies and I put the watch on the charger, it shows power at 79%!!! So damn annoying.

I have some similar behavior. Hoping a factory reset will correct it.
