Why is my gear S3 Frontier watch very slow to respond to commands news now

[Android Central Question]

Over the last few months ive noticed that the S3 is very slow in responding both to rotation of the bezel and to screen swipes. Even notifications from my Galaxy s7 phone seem to be taking a number of seconds longer than they had been previously. Does anyone think this might be a result of a software upgrade or is there some other issue

could be the result of an upgrade or it could be something else. you could try resetting it and see if it helps. lte or other?
