Why is my GO launcher blinking?

Go launcher keeps blinking on and off and won't load. It just shows the
background that I set and the dots indicating the pages. If I pressed the
button on my Galaxy s3, and there was an app on it would blink and then go
back to the app. It seems that some of my apps were also corrupted. NOTE: it seems that the GO launcher can't access these apps as I can access them on my tsf she'll launcher.

What I was working on before this happened was the GO launcher themes. And
I was switching them quite a lot trying them out.
