Why is my home button, quick settings option, notifications are not working?

I have a Moto G 2nd generation and for some reasons suddenly it doesn't work, i have turn it off and turn it back on but nothing works
Home button doesn't work when in an app,
Notification curtain pulls down with no notifications, even when I should have some. Can't pull down again to get quick settings, or tap on user icon to switch
What is the problem with it? Is there any way to fix it without a full factory wipe/reset?

Put it in safe mode. Isolate the problem.
