Why is my home wifi now requiring my G3 to accept T&C?

So, I'm trying to figure out what's going on, chances are it has nothing to do with my router, but all of a sudden (no changes to my router settings or my Sprint G3 and both have been reset as part of this process). My phone all of a sudden wants me to accept the T&C for my home router despite it having the proper credentials for it. My wife and daughter's phones LG G3 Vigor and G2 aren't asking for this (there's have KitKat whereas mine has had Lollypop for the last couple of months). It sometimes opens the browser on my phone and goes to www.google.com. It seems to eventually connect, but it has a ! next to the wifi symbol. This wasn't happening up until yesterday after getting home from a trip. Anyone ideas of what might be causing this? Thanks!

Terms and Conditions? Exactly what is it asking you to accept? Do you have Xfinity? Could it be that you're mistakenly connecting to the public Xfinity Wireless SSID that all Xfinity customers broadcast from their routers?
