Why is my Huawei unable to download anything from Google play?

[Android Central Question]

Whenever I go to install something from Google play a window shows up that tells me to choose a device I want to download it on to but my phone isn't an option?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Huawei phone? It sounds like you're using the Google Play Store website in your browser. Does the phone have the Play Store app installed? If not, then it likely isn't certified for Google Play, and therefore won't be able to do much with Google services.
