Why is my Instagram not working

[Android Central Question]

I had uninstalled Instagram but when now I installed it.. Its not opening.. I don't know why. But my account is opening on others phone but not on my own. I tried evey possible thing as reinstalling. Clear data and clear cache. What should I do
