why is my itel S12 not turning on

[Android Central Question]

I was browsing with my phone when it hanged. I tried switching it off with the power button but it wasn't working, so i decided to remove the battery in order to switch it off then it went off. Immediately i inserted the battery back and i tried switching on but wasn't turning on

And i have tried charging the battery,it isn't turning on. I even bought a new battery and it still isn't turning on

I see you now put you tried new battery , is this battery bought from a reputable place ?

Duplicate threads merged. I'd suspect a motherboard problem. Bring it to a repair shop, or contact the manufacturer if it's still under warranty.
