My Kyocera Hydro Reach totally died and now it has a lightning bolt on the screen and it will not turn off or charge. What do i do about this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you only seeing this lightning bolt in the center of the screen, and nothing else?
Keep it plugged into a wall outlet and let it charge overnight. Then press and hold Power for at least 10-15 seconds. If nothing happens, the battery might have failed, or worse yet, it could be the motherboard. In either of those situations, you'd have to bring the phone to a repair shop (or consider a new phone).
