Hello, I have a Kyocera Hydro Wave. I've had it for 2 years now, and now it has a battery problem. Recently I shut my phone off to charge overnight and when I woke up to turn it on, it was still at 0%. I've looked all over the internet for answers but they mention removing the battery. This phone has a non removable battery so I need additional help.
Why is my Kyocera phone not charging?

Have you had a repair shop look at it to see if the battery is dead? The battery might indeed be dead after 2 years.
