This is a Samsung Community Moderators response to the issue. Hopefully you will find this information helpful.

LED Indicators automatically were defaulting to "Off" when update initally rolled out. You will want to make sure that it has been toggled back on, cache has been cleared, and that a full restart of your device has been done. For those still experiencing not LED on notifs, check those individual applications to make sure that notifications haven't been toggled off completely, or at least LED ones.

I am having the same issue with my Samsung s7 edge after an update this afternoon. I have cleared all the app cache, cleared the system cache, and verified that the led notification has been set to on. I am not getting any led notifications for emails, what's app messages, or text messages.

Put my foot in my mouth after that post.

So we've noticed that email led notification isn't working on the gf's phone, UNLESS the notification volume is turned up (so weird).

Also, for Snapchat notifications the led is blinking, but instead of the usual yellow, it's like the yellow and red are blinking together.

I updated my S7 Edge the other day and my blue LED Is not working either. I cleared the cache, checked that the notifications are turned on and that the LED is turned on. I did several full restarts and it is still not working. What can be done to remedy this?

I had this exact same thing happen on my Galaxy 6. After days of messing around i managed to get lights working. I turned LED notifications OFF, powered off my phone Completely, then turned the phone back on and turned the notification led setting back on. Now it works. I hope this can help others.
