AC Question

I have bought a brand new LG G3 5 weeks ago. Until Saturday it was completely charging in aprox. 1,5 hours. Sunday morning I found that my phone wasn`t charging after it reached 70%. From than.... my phone is charing 2x slower than before. I have tried several chargers. Same result. Somethimes(1 of 10 times) it i charging as before... The battery life is the same. The charging port is not dirty.

What should I do? What is causing this?? I really don`t understand this..... this was a perfect phone 4 days before damn it...

Turn the phone off and see how long it takes to charge. If it's still slower, you probably have a bad battery. If not, you probably have an app that's using so much current that there's not much left to charge the battery. (Charging current into the battery = charging current coming from the charger - current being used by the phone. Ampere will help diagnose what's happening. )

I had this happen to me and you didn't state it so I have to ask, are you using the stock charging cable and transformer? I found after purchasing aftermarket cables and chargers, in some cases, it took three times as long to charge the battery, then the transformer and power convertor that came with the the phone!

Don't ask me why, but it happens...
