Why is my LG V20 screen black and white (changing patterns). It also burns

Why is my LG V20 screen black and white (changing patterns). It also burns up around the base where you charge it. and in upper mid. I tried doing the volume button and power button with the home button thing but cigar. this happen after a little kid kicked it and knocked the LG sign of where there was no screen picture at the bottom

I don't know why, but a repairer might.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like there was some significant damage sustained from the kick. Stop trying to use the phone and bring it to a repair shop -- I'd be concerned that if the phone is getting unusually hot while you're charging it, it could be a fire or explosion risk.
