Why is my LGL34c continuously restarting and won't open past LG screen

I have tried taking the battery out

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that the firmware has become corrupt, or the motherboard could be failing. Either way, you'd have to bring it to a repair shop (or contact LG if still under warranty).
