Why is my memory card can't show the file?

All media from my SD card (pictures/videos/music) basically doesn't appear on my phone. For example, if I go to my gallery, my SD card pics wont be there. but when i connect it to PC, all of the files are still there, but when i opened the photo, the photo viewer said "windows photo viewer can't display picture because the file is empty" , when i tried to open music, it didn't work to.

Hi, which Android phone you are using? Might be the SD card and your mobile phone is not compatible with each other and that’s why causing this issue. I suggest you check your SD card into another android phone to see whether it is detected in that phone or not. Thanks!!
